Kids Club Siquijor uses the details you share to answer your questions, discuss joining and arrange a visit or video call.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, your children’s ages and your preferred way to meet. You may also share your intended start date, location and a message. Please do not include medical records, identity documents or other sensitive information.

How we handle your enquiry

When you submit the form, your details and contact consent are saved in our private website inbox. They are available to the authorized Kids Club site owner, who can review your request and reply to you. Submissions are not displayed publicly or used to sign you up for marketing.

We use ChatGPT Sites and its Cloudflare hosting and database services to operate this website and store enquiries. These providers process information to deliver those services. We keep enquiries while handling your request and any related follow-up; the site owner can remove enquiries when they are no longer needed.

Protecting the form

We use validation and short-lived security tokens to reduce spam. For rate limiting, we temporarily store a one-way representation of the connection’s IP address, rather than the raw address. Our hosting providers may also process technical logs and traffic information to operate and secure the service.

Your choices

You can contact team@kidsclub.ph to ask about your enquiry, correct your details, request deletion or withdraw your permission for further contact. You may also contact us directly by email instead of using this form.

Email and Facebook communications are handled through their respective services and are separate from the website inbox.
