Back to HomeLearning, settling in and the practical details of life at Kids Club.
Kids Club is a homeschooling learning center. We combine Euka’s Australian curriculum with in-person teacher guidance, Montessori-inspired practices and mixed-age learning.
We use Euka’s Australian curriculum. Our teachers combine this academic foundation with practical activities, play, outdoor learning and local culture. Explore Euka’s curriculum.
We are a homeschooling center, rather than a DepEd-certified school. We have coordinated with DepEd, the Philippine Department of Education, and have official written confirmation of our status and arrangement.
Yes. DepEd, the Philippine Department of Education, has confirmed in writing that it has no objection to Filipino children and children from other countries learning with us through our homeschooling arrangement instead of attending a local DepEd-certified school. We can discuss this written confirmation with your family.
In the Philippines: we have written confirmation from DepEd, the Department of Education, that it has no objection to Filipino and international children learning with us through our homeschooling arrangement instead of attending a local DepEd-certified school.
For other countries: parents need to coordinate directly with the relevant education authority or receiving school. So far, we have not encountered a country that raised issues with our approach. Recognition and placement are decided by the receiving authority or school.
Euka includes standard academic transcripts and grade reports in its enrollment plans. Families who want these records arrange Euka enrollment separately from joining Kids Club. Our teachers share progress with parents; Euka provides the formal Euka records. Check with your next school or education authority about any additional documentation they require. See the optional Euka arrangement.
Our goal is to prepare children to move confidently into other schools, with strong academic foundations, independence and a love of learning. Tell us about your plans so we can discuss your child’s progress and the learning records their next school may need. For children separately enrolled with Euka, standard academic transcripts and grade reports are available through their Euka plan.
As we grow to support older ages, our goal is to prepare students for universities worldwide after completing the secondary curriculum. This includes preparation for the entrance exams required by their chosen courses.
Parents should coordinate admission and recognition requirements directly with the receiving school or university. We currently welcome ages 3–7; secondary education is part of our long-term vision.
Kids Club provides in-person teaching, daily activities and support for your child. Euka supplies the Australian homeschooling curriculum and, for children enrolled with Euka, its learning platform and formal records. Euka enrollment for those records is arranged separately. Parents stay involved, continue homeschooling during family holidays and coordinate any registration or admission requirements with their relevant authority or receiving school. See how it works.
We welcome children ages 3–7. We will support older ages as Kids Club grows, with a long-term vision of learning through age 18.
Yes. Trial days include classes and lunch, with time to meet the teachers and settle in. They suit children who are just starting, trying out Kids Club or easing in gradually. Talk to us about a rhythm that suits your child. See the daily option in our fees section.
If you are arriving after the start of a term, tell us your child’s age and preferred start date so we can discuss availability and the next steps. See our term starts and calendar.
Yes. Start with a video call to discuss your child, the curriculum, your move and the practical details. Share your current city and country so we can arrange a suitable time.
Tell us each child’s age so we can discuss your family’s needs and availability. Current enrollment is for ages 3–7.
Tell us about your child’s interests, languages, learning needs and any support they currently receive. We will discuss what they need and whether Kids Club is the right fit before agreeing on next steps.

Each approved parent or guardian can have their own account. Under My kids, you can see the children linked to you. Each child has a separate teacher conversation, journal and photo album, so updates for siblings stay easy to follow.
Conversations are two-way chats with the teachers and staff supporting your child. Announcements are school updates and reminders, with replies kept in conversations. Journals bring together photos, activities and observations about your child’s learning and development.
You can enable email notifications for unread conversation messages and announcements. Open the app to read the update and reply in your child’s conversation. You can change this preference using the notification bell in Conversations. Replies to notification emails reach the Kids Club team but are not added to the conversation.
Yes. Parents can review recorded class and extracurricular attendance. Billing brings together amounts due, payment status, billing statements and any manual BIR invoices uploaded by our team. If something looks incorrect or a payment has not appeared, contact us so we can check it.
Parents see the children linked to their own account. Teachers and authorized staff receive access according to their responsibilities, and school admins oversee communication and records. Private family content is not published on this website. Read about our privacy safeguards.
